Staffing at Oscar’s Pathway!

 

We would like to highlight we have our own team of support workers and a behaviour lead. 

 

Staff are first aid trained and DBS checked. 

 

The day centre is run by an experienced SEND teacher who is trained in a range of specialist strategies and approaches. 

 

She plans and delivers all activities and trains the team too. 

 

The team are trained in communication strategies and support the service users to access activities, remain safe and their regulation. 

 

We do not allow external staff or parents/carers to attend Oscar’s Pathway. 

 

This is to safeguard our service users and keep our approach and environment consistent, safe and calm for our service users. 

 

Our team are fully equipped and trained to meet our service user’s needs.
